I know Kaeser and Ingersoll Rand both make a screw type air compressor. As
far as efficiency and QUIETNESS you will not find anything better than a
screw type air compressor. However, the penalty is cost. They are the most
expensive of any compressor technology.
Does anyone on the list run a screw compressor? Do you feel it was worth it?
Any comments? Any choice of brands?
