That would be Nicola Tesla, Jack, and the 'Wardenclyffe Tower built, but 
never completed,  on Long Island in the early 1900's. He'd demonstrated the 
wireless transmission of an electrical current I believe.
Clever bloke who died totally broke. Was also the developer of the 
alternating current principle.
