If a much boosted turbo motor is effectively a motor operating in a deep well, should the valve springs for such a motor be stiffer or not? My motor guy is a whiz but a rookie at boosted stuff; he immediately is adding spring pressure, valve area X boost, for a cam change on a motor built by someone else. I'm not sure he's right about this. Thanks, BJ in the Bean _______________________________________________ Land-speed mailing list http://autox.team.net/mailman/listinfo/land-speed |
