My suggestion is use real cutting oil. I use Mobilmet Omnicron
nonstaining multipurpose cutting oil. I buy it by the gallon from MSC.
For small diameter drills, I use Elmer's Glue...don't laugh, it works!!!
A word of caution, don't use WD-40...it can catch fire!!!
