[Land-speed] My take on Speedweek

The posting that came through today was actually sent on the 12th of 
August.  Some of the information is stale and some may not be as 
accurate as I had hoped in regard to some of the announced changes.  
The landracing.com blog gives more complete information from the 
driver's meeting.  Always worth checking EVERY available source.  After 
the USFRA meeting next week I'll try to bring things up to date a bit 
more.
