Fuel Cell Vent with Rollover Safety

If I plumb the breather into the top of the fuel cell, then attach a foot of 
braided line and route it below the bottom of the cell, like an inverted "J", 
then the opening would be above the fuel level in the event of a rollover.  Is 
that sufficient for rollover safety, or do I need to do something more?
