The racers don't spend enough money gambling. That's bad for the Wendover 
economy.
It's all about business and making as much money as possible. They do this to 
all groups
that don't spend all of their time gambling. They allocate x number or percent 
of rooms
for Speedweek people. When those are gone, that's it.

It would be nice to have another place to run.
