I searched "periscopes " in the archives as I seem to remember that  was the 
last time we discussed anything near remote visibility,  got  nothing. I also 
did a quick scan of The Rulebook, also nada.
Good question, what is the official take on remote visibility for steering? 
And you already got TC for 2007, why push it?
