Tools I have seen and own some;
 
  Herbrand...yes
  
  
  Bonney,  Plvmb, Hazet, Williams, Electrolite,  Blackhawk, .....some of 
these lesser known companies are still around.   Just not common to see them 
for 
sale.     I keep very far  away from Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, Indian tools 
 for obvious  reasons.
 
   My favorites today are Snap-On and  Matco.
