I guess it could be called a lakester.  You'd have to modify the landing gear 
to get four wheels on the ground, then be sure that they stay on the ground - - 
- at least when you go through the clocks.  LoL

The Bell Airacobra ran a 1150 BHP Allison V-12 and did 368 MPH--- and
that was in 1939.
