Looks like a lot are already on the road for speedweek. We wish all a safe &
trouble free trip. All police departments between Alabama and Utah have been
notified that The Alabama streaker is headed due west for the salt flats.

Most said they would escort him through their county's to prevent any
disruption in the normally quiet towns and bergs. He will be allowed to stop
for smokes and diet cola as needed.

We are sure that Tonya will keep him in control during the trek across state
lines. Wes Potter will intercept him in Utah and make sure he is still under
control during the last few miles across the state.

Once he is on the salt flats he will have a team of easterners (Dave Dalgren
and Joe Timney) to feed him on a daily basis and to provide him with a daily
dose of PROZAC to calm him down.

Tonya will probably get a day to recover from this tense trip in a smoke
filled truck cab and a trail of diet coke cans to follow when they return
home. They can pick them up along the way and turn them in for a deposit
refund.
