Commanders in charge- non LSR

About 15 yrs ago the Armed Forces wanted me to run a Service  Station in the 
afternoon into the evening at the Brooklyn Navy Yard for the  members on base. 
 I  gladly accepted the position to help our armed  force personel.  The 
Commander in charge was replaced and the whole project  went down the tubes!!
  I was really disappointed.  :(
 
  Give Muroc another try you have nothing to lose and the  worst he can say 
is "no".
