I e-mailed a friend who is involved with the AC club here in the UK and
they have put something on their website just in case anyone knows
anything about the Ak Miller car. If you want I can put you in touch
with the guy directly. It's a bit of a long shot but on the other hand a
few of them have good links with AC people over there, in fact my friend
imported his '57 from over there. Regardless of what your cars history
is I am sure they'd be interested in learning more about it anyway.

Miller's AC Ace that he used to set the E sports record in 1963 at
Bonneville. The reason for this is I have an Ace that was supposedly
modified in the early '60s to accept a ford V8 and had other extensive
modifications to the body, dash, etc. I have seen 1 picture of Ak's car
and
some of the mods are very similar to mine, but there is not enough
detail in
the pics to really see if they are the same. If there is anyone with
pics
(especially color or interior shots) I would gladly pay for copies, or
if
anyone remembers the car and anything about it, (or maybe there is an
archive I could access) that would be great. I know the chances of my
car
being the same are slim, but one never knows. I can also supply much
more
info on the specific mods I have if that helps, but didn't want to make
this
e-mail too long.
