Hi Benn Tie a string around the oil filler tube. Tie the other end to a door knob, slam the door.... If that doesn't work, which is highly unlikely, verging on unbelievable, squirt penetrating oil around the oil tube and let it efferves for a few days. Slide a wooden dowel the ID of the oil tube down it and work it back and forth, while pulling the oil tube out. If it's still stubborn, spray Freon around the tube and shrink it down.
