Racing Boots.

I have chased down all of the leads on the list to no avail.  All of  the 
shoes are made in China and even the custom motorcycle shoe makers use  import 
soles with D being the widest available.  The funny car boots will  fit and are 
legal but they are sure clumsy to use in cramped spaces.   What's a boy to do?
