That brings back memories John. The owners manual for the 1966 Ford Indy motor called for Rotunda 20W-40 oil and oil @ 180, coolant @ 160 prior to starting. Specifying a multi grade oil for racing back then was almost sacrilegious. Does it need 0W-30 oil like modern NASCAR motors? Bryan John Staiger wrote: > Ed, > > OK - here's the deal.
