THE F'N 1989 MODEL GEO METRO LSI GOT 53 MPG IN CITY.........
AND 58 MPG ON HIGHWAY..........STOCK FROM THE FACTORY.....

..........Judie and I bought a used one years ago and got 61 mpg
going to Denver from Rapid City SD on one trip.........
I put a hitch on the back.....and towed a 14 ft aluminum boat behind it.......
seriously.......ask my wife.........
those were phased out too.................
you would be hard pressed to even buy a hybrid for 4 times the cost..
...that can match those late 80's early 90's model gas cars..........
