Robert, Don't get caught up in this propaganda that is out there. It is no secret that there is more demand for the crude oil that is available. Supply and demand dictates the prices in a free economy. I grant you that oil companies are making a good profit. That is why they are in business. These companies are owned by shareholders, not individuals. I don't see a price fixing situation. Competition is alive and well...Prices here in Redding vary a great deal, as of right now, $2.79 to $2.97 a gallon. Tom, Redding CA - #216 D/FCC |
