Bonneville Course Info

OK, there are a few details about the courses at Bonneville I'd like to know. 
  First the short course, how long is the short course and how much of the 
course is used for timing.   I pretty much want to know the same things for the 
long course plus in the history of Bonneville, what is the longest the long 
course has ever been.   Just curious.
