You're right in the concept of taking it to Bub's, Mr. J D. If nothing
else you can ride dang near any two-wheel vehicle (assuming it passes
scrutineering -- love that word -- sounds so veddy proper) in Bub's
"Run Whatcha Brung" category. As evidence -- those stand-up scooters,
hey? Rather than fight to have a class created -- go to Bub's get in
some runs, get some others interested in your vehicle and have them run
their similar ones -- then there might be enough interest to show the
SCTA/USFRA/ECTA folks that a class oughta get created. Then all you've
gotta do is go through the channels to get the class...
