Consider the possibility of converting your roll cage to a pseudo-funny car
layout. It will certainly limit lateral movement of your head and your whole
body. You don't have to cut or remove anything to do it, it's just a matter of
bending and welding in a few more pieces.

I just bought a Hans device and new helmet. I am also looking at a new seat
with lateral support for the shoulders and head. I run a full size car and
have essentially nothing that currently prevents movement to the passenger
side. The driver side is little better as the window net is there but really
wont
offer any protection. The neck collar is essentially useless in a serious
impact. With me running a lightweight, fullsize car at over 200 MPH, I
constantly worry about a blowover and the resulting carnage when I return to
the
ground and start rolling, flipping and/or digging in.

Which HANS device, and why did you choose that one ?
Your Honda is a "Full Size Car" ?
Another possible device is a nascar type roof hatch, but does it apply to
LSR ?
