Rule 1H Question..

While I am not planning on ever breaking any kind of record in my LBC, 
rule 1H as does the inspection form, requires some sort of holes on the 
motor to put a seal(s) after a qualification run is made. Now I just 
gotta ask, where the hell does this or these  go? It would take me a 
week to get the engine out of my car for a teardown so this is almost 
moot. But, where and how to satisfy the rule requirement?
