45 years ago the Utah highway dept. groomed the salt by draging 40 ft lengths of railroad track behind pickup trucks . No doubt the i beam drags we use now do a better job on normal salt . Does anybody know if the railroad track method would have been better with this years problem . How about a pair of rails or i beams drug in a V patern . John Burk joyseydevil@comcast.net |
