Our wandering reporter, Dale Pulju, drove out the causeway and said the
water was approximately 1/2 foot from the top of the road at the end where
you get onto the salt surface...you know where the ticket folk hang out.
Sounds to me to be a real BUMMER....
e-motion had another farkle today. SOmething about buring up a controller or
at least smoke from it. Must have been made by Lucas, eh? Something or
anouther about water condensation in amongst the electrons. In any case, not
likely to be a happy camp about now. Sad because they came so far. They are
going to try one more time Saturday morning if they can get some dry air and
good weather. Let's keep our fingers crossed and wish them well.
