Where are your papers?

It seems that many of my projects come without titles, and many missing parts 
as well. ;o)
Usually I use Broadway Title http://www.broadwaytitle.com to keep the paperwork 
proper. But, they
are getting expensive at $100 to $165 per title. Are there any other 
recommended places?

Also, they don't explain, but I'm curious as to why they can't process 
motorcycles post 1989, anyone
know?
