keep in mind you still have to see and have a roll cage structure ...  In 
the original example you had 1200 square inches.....that would be 10 ft by 1 
ft  or 5' X 2'.... 10 square ft no matter how you slice it.... since the 
Camaro is only 21 sq ft total... that would be like reducing it by 
half...... and then adding in the dirty roll cage structure....

Personally I'd keep it a hard top....
