All of that makes a lot of sense Dan, as the weather
is usually perfect in May.....but, this rain has GOT
to quit! We have already had the wettest winter on
record here in Phoenix because we get the same storms
one day later..... I'd write more but it is raining
again and I have to get back to work on the
ark..........
