Matt, The SCTA air pump is a device for measuring swept volume of a cylinder. If it can be used, certification does not require the removal of the cylinder head. Removing the spark plug and disabling the valves for the cylinder that is being measured is all that is necessary. Tom, Redding CA - #216 D/CC |
