    Does anybody know if Don's wife survived him. Talking with him at length 
at Bonneville in years past he shared with me that his wife had a debilitating 
stroke or something similar, and at that time he was her care provider. I'm 
just wondering how she is being cared for after Don's passing.
    He was indeed a giant among race journalists, beginning in my early race 
era of the 1950's.............Ardun Doug
