Joe, My comment to your theorem is to use the example of Art Christman's "Hustler" Slingshot Dragster. He was running in the low 180s with just a whisp of smoke coming off the tires, while others were producing lots of smoke the whole 1/4 mile at slower speeds. That is traction control the way it outght to be.
