Then in the future

That is a noble thought. Take a look at your ballot in recent years. All 
offices have people running unopposed. You vote for 5 of 13 positions 
the balance are appointed by the sitting board.

Bottom line - the very same people fill these posts year after year. Not 
a single person will step up to voluteer to fill the positions and bring 
fresh thoughts to the table. Seems like it is easier to vent on a 
message board than take the lead and come forward.
