My normal work car is a 2003 Honda Civic HX 2-dr 5-speed. A little known model
which now has 14,000 miles...It's normal fuel milage is averaging 36 in town,
which means 5 miles to and from work no freeway. Back and forth to El mirage is
over 42 mpg. This motor is tuned for mileage and has the highest compression
ratio available in the Civic models. It's never advertised and dealers have
very few of them available...They even have alumimun wheels to keep the
unsprung weight down...To bad people down look carefully for their commuter
cars...Made/Assembled in America too...Ohio
