I got back to Las Vegas after a 12 hour trip on a 7 hour dial in. The slow ET was due to a blown trailer tire 36 miles south of Wendover and driving very slowly to successfully nurse the marginal spare I installed. The good news is I got 15 mpg towing. The 5003 truck went 190, four miles off it's personal best. I got a rookie driver up to 170 and had a great time. Met some of the LS posters. See you in September. |
