Well, summer finally made it to Las Vegas....today as I crossed the stip heading to pick up the wife at 3:30 pm, the trucks cold air sensor said it was 118 deg F. (yes, I have compared this temp sensor with other sensors and it is accurate). The all time hot day in August was an official 116 deg F...my 118 does not qualify for the record. As we neared Pahrump, coming over the last fan it was 109 which is pretty for Pahrump at 5 pm... mayf |
