Hey All... I am amazed on what came out on the List. Joe isn't it unbelievable
on how many of us love what we do and do it so many ways. My 25 year old Aries
pistons have had nitrous holes placed in them by my learning curve. Thank the
Lord he uses good material because one of my buddies welded them up and I
continue to run them and set a few records. At that time $500 was a lot for
replacements and the welding was free. I'll never tell you I didn't spend
money I just watched what I needed. Just like my pan-evac system cost about
$15.00 including the belt and pulleys. Mike I'm sure your used pistons in '86
were good and sounds like they were just right for you guys went 300. Actually
I personally liked the 10,000 mph timing slip when the lightning struck. I
hope to have a Data Aquisistion system in my car some day as I know I will
learn from it; but right now nitro is more important and our speeds and not
breaking any parts will keep me from it. Good Luck to all, And to NT788 I
wish I could shoehorn a Jimmy in that liner.
