While thumbing through that Hop Up 'The First 12 Issues' book, there's a belly
tank lakester on page
247 that I was wondering if anyone knows some information about. It's on page
247 of the book, or
page 11 of the January 1952 issue of Hop Up, third picture from the top, the
caption is 'Ed "Axle"
Stewart giving pointers to his son', which seems to involve them working on a
two door sedan, while
the belly tank is parked next to it.
It has a long spike like an air speed sensor on the front, with wire wheels on
the back and
smoothies on the front...
