John.... we've talked alot about Nitrous here... before you get to far down
this road... read everything Dave Dahlgren has written about it...
Seriously.... Dave's run a couple of different combinations on the salt... and
so has Tom Bryant and John Beckett...
I've just dabbled a bit with Dave on my Camaro.... and we've had some real
success in the Hp department.... but my motors have never really stood the
hits for the extended durations.... maybe it's a combination of
circumstances... or whatever... but it's been pretty leathal stuff... it's
also built some serious hp for us... and allowed me to run 200mph at Maxton a
couple of times.... even with a real sedate cast Iron D motor. but it had
Carrillo rods and great pistons when it did that....
