Dick
zerorust.com or rust bullet at itkillsrust.com are both way better than
Rustoleum. One is silver, one is low gloss black. Personally I would use
Rust Bullet, a moisture cured urethane, then top coat if you want different
than silver.

to use Rustoleum, but if there's something better I'll use that. Marine
