Wes--good advice, did you get a color photo of your innards from the "rear
admiral"?
on a three year schedule myself, got my first in 1998 and they did
find/remove some polyps. got a side benefit with that first one--went into
the hospital for the colonoscopy and came out with a date with a nurse.
