Does anyone know how to contact Gary Lake evidently with the Carl Heap team?

My name is Courtney Casper and I am part of the production team for a travel
channel
special titled Kings of the Road. We filmed this past year's Bonneville
races and I
had a question for you. One of our contacts, Carl Heap, has become very
ill.
Through him we would have found contact information for Gary Lake, a man who
captured
much of the footage of Carl Heap's racing. We must have a release from Gary
Lake for
this special to air. I was wondering if there was any way you may have his
contact
information since he was at the Bonneville races, or someone I could contact
to get
more information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
