Phil ..... John got fed up with the taxes, property valuations, and
the Yuppies moving into his neighborhood just several miles from New
England Dragway in Epping, NH, where he loved to run his flathead
powered cars. I believe that earlier this year he moved up further north,
right near Lake Winnipesaukee, where it's still easier to play with hot rods,
have an old car or two in your own yard, and other truly American pursuits

John and his wife are really great people who are a credit to any
group they might belong to, and he is really into thrashing on and
building fast and different cars, and able to talk on many interesting
subjects, auto-related and otherwise, in a most knowledgeable manner .....

Last I knew he still had his early Buick powered bellytank 'roller',
and the stock as-it-was under the airplane bellytank he was given by
Good Guy Tom Shea. I think he wanted to sell the Buick tanker,
a good start for someone wanting to compete with a bellytank lakester .....
