The car is owned by ADT Automotive, Inc., and I suppose they
built it. Pretty sweet deal foe him.....he landed his plane on
the salt & the car and crew was waiting for him, ready to go.
USFRA did make hin go through rookie & licensing routine,
which didn't particularly make him happy, but afterwards, he
apologised to Mary West and said 200 on salt was a LOT
different than 200 on the track. Picked up his hat and flew
home...... Actually he was a "regular guy". This was in
September, 1993, 9th World Of Speed, the same meet Csabe Csere
"flew" the Car & Driver, Lingenfelter-built, Firebird. .
