Does hydrogen peroxide, which we discussed last year, qualify as "steam"?

If the current record for steam power is 'soft' then we will see what the
Brits can do about it quite soon. Glynne Bowsher (of Thrust SSC) is
working on the British Steam Car Challenge project.
This programme has addressed various problems with boilers and burners
using innovative designs to increase heat transfer. Once completed their
bid should result in record speeds for a wheeldriven vehicle using steam.
Their aim is for UK attempt next spring and World attempt next fall at or
above 200 mph speeds.
