I had the same problem with recert of my Deist
bottles. Had to send them all the way back to Deist
(very expensive). I took them to the largest fire
protection company in Kansas City. There was great
reluctance to cert valves from other manufacturers.
Too bad this cert process is not universal among fire
protection purveyors.
