I think you guys who are really close to the ground have unique problems
keeping your references. I'm sure Glen would be a much better source of
statistics, but I personally can't remember seeing anyone who seemed
off-course who wasn't in something really LOW.
But, like you said-- I think we could ALL benefit from a highly visible
marker (at the end of the last trap) that looks completely different from
any of the other markers. When I stare too hard to check the mile number on
the markers, my bike tries to run over them! AKKK!
Some meets, more visible turn-out markers would be very beneficial, too, as
Glen said. But when the salt is as good as it was last fall, I don't need
no stinkin' turn-out markers-- just turn anywhere! Long Live "Save the
Salt"!!
