I met Rich Fox thru the list and have enjoyed knowing him the last several
years... When Tonya and I got there I wanted to show her Rich's car... The
Roadster represents a lot of LSR history, but what I love about it most is
that it's not a cookie cutter. I mean how many folks are beating their heads
against a wall trying to figure out how to make good Hp out of a 4 cylinder
Plymouth built in the 30's.... So anyway we found Rich and took some time
checking out how he'd done the Fuel injection set up and talked to him about
his goals for the weekend.... We knew he was looking for anything over
110mph.... Everything Rich has done is custom fabricated... ( well I might
add )... it's not about money... cause if he had all the money in the world
there aren't many places you could send it to buy High dollar speed parts for
a 4 banger Plymouth .... He just tinkers along...improving little bits and
pieces of the motor and car as he goes.... a Real Hot Rodder.... very cool in
my eyes....

Glen had invited us to the Tower and we were there when Rich got ready to
run... he had Jerry as a Driver as I recall.....Watching that poor little 4
banger run through the lights at 114mph was Awesome because we got to share in
Rich's Joy of setting the record... It doesn't matter how long he owned the
record... the fact remains that he set it.... and Because Rich has
participated in the list we had the opportunity to enjoy his
accomplishments.... seriously ... it was Very cool .... Sooo Congratulations
Rich... and thank you for the opportunity...

Keith ( I think today is going to happen with or without me..... I think I'll
even participate )( Life is Good !!! )
