A friend of a friend is putting together a little Chevy II motor, 4
cylinder, 151 cubes I believe. He has all the external goodies and pistons,
too, I think, but needs other internal hot rod parts. He was aware that Ansen
Engineering provided parts for these halfmotors in the day; he was wondering
about getting a line on Lou Senter and seeing if he might direct him....
Any tips anyone might have would be appreciated.

Bob,
Have your friend contact Arias. They use to make a midget motor based on the
Chevy II. That product may have moved to Joe Fontana when he bought some of
Nick's business. Another good place to look would be National Speed Sport News
classifieds, the Sesco midget motor was Chevy II based also.
I would think that any publication or website devoted to vintage midgets or
sprint cars will help.
