Hi Dick,
Don't forget your cam grinder in the header selection process! You can
easily turn a good cam/intake combination from power to sour with the wrong
headers. Talk to them and see what they recommend. And also a broad torque
curve rather than a peaky one is better at Bonneville unless you have a 10
speed transmission or a torque converter that stalls at the torque peak.
Small headers can make peaky torque curves.......maybe more peak power but
not as flexible for the "long pull".
