OT new car

I am looking at a new well new to me anyway car.. a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix V-6
auto etc.. anyone heard anything that was bad news about it??
Oh and the reason for this one.. 
Has TRACTION CONTROL AS STANDARD  EQUIPMENT...
and of course the price is right as well.
