John, that's good news. It's always refreshing when people will do the
right thing without being forced to by legal action, etc. It should be
obvious that the Salt Flats are a treasure that must be preserved for
the enjoyment of all future generations. The disturbing thing is that
private interests were allowed to damage it by mining in the first
